Who is personally responsible?
Engtex AB with corporate number: 556042–9986 is personally responsible for processing personal data at Engtex. We have also appointed a Data Protection Officer to ensure that your personal information is processed correctly. For information about how to contact our Data Protection Officer, see the heading "Who is Data Protection Officer?".
Who is data protection agent?
Engtex has a data protection agent whose task is to monitor compliance with the Data Protection Ordinance and it is also this data protection agent that you will contact in order to exercise your rights as registered.
What personal data do we treat about you?
Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a living person. In your contact with us, we may process the following personal information:
* Payment information such as:
- Speed Dial
- Account Holders
- Transaction Time
- Payment History
* E-mail address
* User name, password and when your account was registered
* Order Information
* Company affiliation
* Other information that you provide in your contacts with us and required to fulfill our agreement with you
Personal data about children
Engtex's activities are not aimed at children and therefore we do not consciously collect this kind of personal data. If you as a parents discover that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us to delete the information.
For what purposes does Engtex treat personal data?
We process your personal information for the purpose of managing our customer relationships, fulfilling agreements, and marketing our goods and services. The processing takes place on the basis that it is necessary for us to fulfill an agreement with you, our legitimate interest in reaching out of marketing and to fulfill our legal obligations.
How long do we store personal data?
Engtex saves your personal information for the time necessary to fulfill any of the purposes of our processing of your personal data or for compliance with laws or regulations, regulatory authorities' requests or injunctions from competent courts. When your personal information is no longer required for our purposes, they will be deleted from our registry. If the purpose of our treatment is marketing, your information will only be stored with us for a year.
Recipient of personal data
We may disclose your personal information to our Personal Data Counselors, eg. companies that work with invoice management or IT and cloud services. The personal information assistants may only process personal data in accordance with the purposes and provisions provided by Engtex. The assistant board and those acting under the leadership of the assistant may never receive more information than is required for the performance of the service covered by the agreement with Engtex. We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties.
We may also disclose personal information to authorities if required to fulfill our legal obligations.
What rights do you have as registered with us?
The Data Protection Ordinance gives you as registered, greater rights to the personal data handled by us. You who are registered in our registry have the following rights:
• You are entitled to receive information about any personal data about you treated by Engtex.
• You also have the right to get information about the legal bases we support, how long we will save your data and who has access to them.
• If you wish, you may request that we delete your personal information, if there are no legal or contractual reasons for us to retain the information.
• You also have the right to request limitation of how your information is processed with us, revoke your consent and appeal to the relevant regulatory authority (Data Inspection).
• Finally, you also have the right to request your personal information in a portable machine-readable format
What are cookies and how are they used on our website?
A cookie is a text file stored in your browser, mobile phone or other device when browsing our website (www.engtex.se). In order to facilitate your use of the website and provide you with the best possible service, we use two types of cookies.
The first type of cookie remains on your computer for a specified time. The second type of cookie is called session cookie and stored temporarily in the computer's memory during the time you visit our website. Session cookies disappear when you close your browser.
Manage your cookies
In most browsers you can also choose to turn off tracking, which means that we do not process the information from our own website and our partner sites together. To do the same on your mobile phone, you can go to Settings under iOS, under Privacy and Advertising, select Restricted Tracking. For Android, do this in Google Settings and Advertising.
